Our culture is at an amazing juncture: 10,000 Baby Boomers are retiring every day and want to give back. An equally large number of millennials are starting their careers and many are hungry to have someone walk alongside them to learn from.
If you are a Christian 20-Something, and you are eager to learn and grow in your faith, work and leadership, we may be for you. Check out our Life2Life experiences or our Resources.
If you are a difference maker and want to be part of something that is developing emerging leaders who will influence marketplaces around the globe, then we need your help.
Volunteer
If you are a seasoned marketplace leader who wants to give back, we can use your experience and skills in a wide range of ways. The Baton Exchange utilizes many Christian marketplace folks like you in our program for teaching, equipping, and funding the development of emerging young leaders from around the globe. The volunteers and trainees are mutually blessed and impacted. We hope you can walk alongside us in this wonderfully fulfilling opportunity to disciple and equip the next generation of marketplace leaders!
Did You Hear…?
“Thank you for the opportunity to speak at your seminar this morning. I couldn’t help but think several of your students could have stayed longer and had continuing discussions on leadership. If I read that correctly, and they would want to talk in more detail, I would love to spend more time with them. I left there totally energized and want to further help if I can.”
Fred, Volunteer
“I could list countless speakers (testimonies) or teaching, that caused me to leave …very inspired and challenged…Meeting and interacting with successful Kingdom business people was perhaps my favorite part of WAM House [Baton Exchange].” Peter, Trainee
