We are passionate about walking alongside Christian 20-Somethings, helping them understand how to connect their faith to their work life, develop insights into God’s calling on their life and grow in their relationship with God.
God cares about your work and so do we. We draw on the life experiences and best practices of those who have demonstrated success to help you develop character and professional skills that will equip you to flourish in your job, no matter your occupation.
Engaging culture meaningfully from a distinctly Christian perspective should be reflected by the heart, head, hands and habits of every follower of Jesus. We believe that Christian 20-Somethings can be equipped with a biblical worldview in order to discern the controversial topics in our culture. This, combined with excellence in your character and competencies, can prepare you to be a redemptive solution provider to the broken people and broken systems in your city, bringing Christ’s love in word and deed.
Volunteer Leaders Investing In Young Professionals
Having a heart to develop young adults for positively impacting culture and taking value in their vocation, John Scroggins (click for bio) began developing the concept for the organization that would eventually come to be known as The Baton Exchange in 2006. Since then the program has evolved into a holistic approach for leadership development, with young adults from almost 20 countries and regions represented.
Our vision continues to be global in nature, with the dream of seeing young adults from around the globe and the marketplace bringing God’s flourishing to their cultures. Our cause is, simply stated, “To equip young adults to integrate their faith and vocation as change agents in the global marketplace for Christ.”
