Worldview and Work Culture (member)

Have you ever experienced the excitement, anxiety, and challenges, of moving into a new context? Perhaps you are anticipating such a move as you graduate and go to your first job, or maybe take a job at another company. It will become increasingly more important to develop cross cultural competencies, whether that be in ethnically affiliated cultures or workplace cultures, in order to do well in your job and be able to effectively share your faith with co-workers. Everyone has a worldview and every workplace has a culture: how will you engage? You’ll go away from this session with a SACK of gifts to help you with the adjustments.

With guest appearances by: John Stonestreet, President, Chuck Colson Center for Christian Worldview and co-host of Breakpoint; Tim Kight, President, Focus3Culture and quoted in Sports Illustrated, Wall Street Journal and ESPN; Richard Lombard, Executive Director, Worldview U and former I.T. professional.
